I order online and the pet food is always delivered very promptly. Great prices, I'm very happy I found this company.

I will NEVER buy from Pets Warehouse. I tried to make an online order with my VISA card, which they list as one of their payment options, but their system said they do not support that "card type." So, I tried a different card and the same thing happened. That seemed very odd. I use them on a regular basis and have NEVER had that happen. I've used my cards several times since then with no problems. Pets Warehouse is a terrible company, and I don't trust their payment system, or trust them to keep my personal info private.

Needed a glass lid for my aqueon 48x18 75 gallon tank. Customer service helped me find and measure the correct size. It shipped fast and is a perfect fit! I could not be happier with my purchase

I'd just bought a used 46 gallon bow front fish tank without a lid. After searching high and low for one that would fit and wouldn't cost hundreds of dollars, Pets Warehouse had one that matched my measurements. I was nervous ordering it per their no return policy, but when I got it, not only was it very well packaged, it fit perfectly. Delivery was fast.

Ordered a glass top from PetsWarehouse and it fit perfectly—exactly what I needed. The quality was great, and their customer service was friendly and helpful with getting the right one for my tank. It was shipped in a heavy-duty box with really great packaging, which I appreciated since it’s glass! I’d definitely order from them again!

I ordered three large Kong balls in red and blue as they were shown in a size large and I received three packages of medium balls. They should’ve told me that they did not have the large ones and not assume I wanted the medium ones because the person I ordered this for has a very large dog and would not want the medium ones so I need to send them back but I can’t get a hold of anybody. I don’t think I should have to pay for the return because they sent the wrong thing that I didn’t order.

Buy large tanks with confidence. I was recently in the market for a 180g glass aquarium and had zero luck sourcing one locally. For a reasonable price Pets Warehouse was able to ship the tank via freight to my home and for a little extra I was able to get it delivered inside my home. They palletized the tank with great care and it arrived in perfect condition. The delivery was all done via Fedex freight. It was such a relief not to have to leave the tank in my garage while I arranged local movers to finish installing it. One stop shopping at its best. Truly a professional experience from start to finish. John answered all of my questions quite responsively throughout the process. Couldn't be happier.
