I ordered the FOUND black ombre 7' leash and paid for UPS ground shipping. Firstly, the leash is more a dark blue/grey than black (not Petswag's fault I suppose, but it would have been nice to know that in advance), and secondly, my package was shipped via FedEx ground. I had specifically chosen UPS ground bc FedEx ground doesn't come out to where I live (the middle of nowhere in TX), so I was a little peeved when I received the FedEx tracking number. But I did get the package on time as estimated by my tracking email confirmation, so whatever, and I decided to keep the blue/grey leash.

I really loved the products and they are typically cheaper than other sites. There was a toy missing in my package and they not only were so sweet and apologetic about the issue, but quickly sent me the toy and also put in a treat bag for my "trouble". I really appreciated the kind offering and how quickly the toy arrived. Kudos to their great customer service staff members.

I need to travel internationally with my two cats which can be very stressful. I have two sherpa bags, but they are collapsing and my cats hate to go in. I love that it has an adjustable size, which allows my cat plenty of room while adhering to all international regulations. I couldn't find another bag that did that. The bag is very solid, is dark, and allows my cat to feel protected. If you want peace of mind and a comfortable pet, I recommend you get this carrier! No regrets so far! I purchased the Sleepypod Air Pet Carrier. I absolutely love it!! I need a carrier to tote my little toy poodle in while site seeing and touring around Sante Fe. It has plenty of room for him in it. I love the shoulder strap, and the bag sits comfortably against my body. I ordered the bright orange color, it's so cheerful and festive! Jimi is going to be very stylish being with his mommy in Sante Fe. Thanks Petswag, rmd :))

Very high quality and exactly as shown on website. I ordered an elevated feeder and three dog beds for different rooms for our greyhound. All items are beautifully made - every design detail was thought of and included. I am so happy to have found attractive, elegant, top quality pet accessories. Our dog seems extremely comfortable and happy with the beds and the feeder. I can tell that everything will wash well although I haven't yet needed to do so.
