PetSwagReviews of petswag.com

Satisfying people is not always easy. Satisfying a cat is not always possible. But Petswag has accomplished both in our very first encounter!! After consdierable searching and pondering I decided to give the Sleepypod a try for my traveling companion, Ms Sarah (my sweet feline). A call to Petswag resulted in a very positive conversation with Doug who answered my questions thoroughly and pleasantly. I placed the order, turned around (so it seemed) and found in delivered to my door. Opened the box, found the Sleepypod to meet my expectations of sturdy but comfortable construction...just the right size....and easy to change from bed to carrier. Haven't yet tried it in the car, but knowing Ms. Sarah she's going to be 'styling' while she's traveling. Appreciate being able to utilize the seat belts, the shape is cat friendly....it's washable....lots of well thought out details incorporated into the design. And, Ms Sarah is sitting pretty in it here beside me as I type.....very content.....

You're dealing with intelligent customer service with petswag. I purchased a carrier and after submitting payment saw a blank page. I did not receive a confirmation email either. So, the following day, I repurchased the carrier. The second time I saw confirmation and received an email. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call later that day from customer service. They had noticed that I purchased two carriers and wanted to confirm that I did so intentionally. Their proactive call prevented a mistake that would have really irritated me, since I hadn't thought the first order was a success. Instead, they corrected the problem and saved me any headache! Excellent customer service! And the product came quickly and is high quality.

Pet Swag offers great selection of items for dogs that are stylish and well designed. Ordering was a breeze and the items arrived fast. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Our dog looks great with his new collar and leash.

Took a long time to get my first order, but when I called for the exchange they were very quick and much more helpful than through email which I previously tried. Calling was a better option and I'm very glad I got the exchange much quicker than the original.

This place has great prices and can ship items quickly!

I found these wonderful pet beds that are not only chic but durable! They have removable zippered covers for washing (replaceable, too!), look fantastic and the dogs love them!

I found a great deal of what I need for my new puppy on PetSwag. And the customer service was top notch. I got answers to most of my questions within 24 hours from a person who actually read the message! I will definitely be shopping there again.

The product was ordered on night one, sent on day two, and received on day three (with Standard Shipping). Beyond that, the process was seamless and the puppy carrier bag that we received is perfect. Happy all around! I'll be back for more goods for my puppy Arleigh Wilde soon! Thanks PetSwag!
