I ordered a Jax & Bones bed for my border collie puppy and it is fabulous. It is great quality and the pup loves it. I got a blue zig zag patterned bed and it looks so nice in the house. I would order this brand again and would be happy to order from PetSwag! Very happy with this purchase!

I called the company to purchase a feeding table for my dog. They answered immediately and responded to all my questions. Placed the order quickly and got it in two days!! My dog and everyone loved it and are all very happy with the quality. Perfect!

I recently placed an order from PetSwag and received a tracking number a few days later for one of my items. That one item arrived as promised but I received no word about the remaining items in my order. I logged into my account and saw that my order was marked as 'complete' yet I was still missing two items. I called PetSwag and left messages twice and was put off that I couldn't get someone on the phone and I never received a call back. A few days later, I received my remaining items, which had been shipped to me directly from the manufacturer. In the end, my order was completed and I'm happy with my purchase but I would have appreciated an email or phone call from PetSwag to simply tell me that my items were coming. The customer service at PetSwag (or lack thereof) does seem a bit unprofessional, which will cause me to hesitate before placing another order or recommending this website.

Feeder is great & shipping was fast

This was my first time shopping with PetSwag, and I was really impressed with the selection and quality of products offered. PetSwag carries many of the brands I was looking for, and some items that I had trouble finding elsewhere. My order was also shipped very quickly! Very happy with my experience, and will definitely be shopping there again.

I couldn't find the dog accessory I wanted anywhere, but PetSwag had it... It was definitely overpriced, but my pooch is stylin'.
