I would recommend that you not utilize this company. I ordered my K9 cruiser on July 6 made multiple phone calls left voicemails and sent multiple emails. Have had absolutely zero communication with their customer service. Every time I call I get the same recording and no response, I received my K9 cruiser on day 30 and the return policy as you must initiate the return within 30 days of purchase. And in order to initiate a return, you have to contact them for them to give you instructions on how to return the item. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I believe I’ve ever had.

The K9 Cruiser took an exceedingly long time to arrive and then only after multiple emails and phone calls. After receipt, I attempted to install it and it was obvious that it would not hold up. I have attempted to contact them to return it but I get no response. This might be the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Product is good. Instructions were not that great for install. Tracking on order was not good. Sent a note about where part of my order was and never received a reply also tried to call no answer

I cant use the K-9 seat cover and have trying to return it. I have sent emails, called multiple time and NOBODY responds!

The seat failed after just 4 uses, the board bent, causing the seat to sag. I tried calling customer support no answer. I tried sending emails no answer. I do not recommend this company they are not there to help you !

I ordered a seat protector a month ago. Finally got a tracking number a few weeks ago. But the package has still not been given to UPS. I live in WA state and this company is in OR, but after a month I still haven't gotten my order. Very sad. Is this a real company or a fraud.

I purchased a K-9 Cruiser in January, which included a one-year warranty. It did not hold up. I am getting no response from them. I have tried numerous phone calls and emails. They are still processing orders for new products quickly but will not support their customers with purchased products.

Item never shipped, I got a tracking number that only shows label created. Sent emails and called several times asking for update. I received no response to emails or phone messages. It has been over a week since I got the email that the label was created. No item, no update and no one to answer the phone at the customer service number. At this point I am forced to call credit card company and report as fraud.
