Missing one of my items and was not notified.

Had a zipper break during the first week of use. Reached out to the customer service asking if it was covered by the warranty. Heard nothing. Don’t waste your time or money.

Love the seat cover! Dog loves the seat cover! I'll be adding a second zipper on the center front mesh for better airflow in the summer. The included seatbelts were awful quality. Very thin metal I could bend with my fingers, and a clip that would likely break on a sudden stop with my 40lb dog. Tossed them since I didnt need them anyway. Worst communication! I started a dispute with my credit card after no response to an inquiry of radio silence, and seeing so many reviews about the lack of communication, no product recieved, etc. Two days later (coincidence?) suddenly I had a shipping label. (I canceled my dispute.) Once that was created the rest of the process went as I'd expect. Box came beat to heck, but nothing missing. If there is actually new ownership/management/employees, there's a lot of room left for improvement on communication. Ordered 7/4, shipping label finally created 7/24. Received 8/4.

UPDATE: The item was delivered several days after I posted this review. No tracking, no communication from the company nor the shipper, just appeared at the door. It works, I have a bench seat in back. If I had bucket seats it would never hold up across the space between the seats, especially for a large dog. I ordered the K-9 Cruiser car seat cover over a month ago. I paid with PayPal, my account was charged immediately, so they have my money. I've sent two emails and made 3 phone calls (never answered, left voicemails) requesting to know where my order is and when I might receive it. Two days after the first email I got a message from UPS that a label had been created and several emails from the company claiming that my order is on the way. It's not. It's never been picked up by UPS. Other than that, there has been NO response to my correspondence nor the voicemails. So here I am, $130 poorer without a car seat cover and absolutely no way to resolve the issue. In addition, when I went to PayPal to see if I have a claim, PayPal has AUTOPAY set on my account, to make monthly payments to this company. Why would I agree to a monthly payment for a one-time purchase paid in full? This company may have started out as a good idea, but the customer service and production has ruined it if it was ever good.

terrible service NO response to emails or phone calls still have not shipped my order 10 days ago now more have made a complaint to Paypal for a refund phone number is in Laramie Wyoming but payment went to some auto parts place in New Jersey home to scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM low trust on trust pilot many bad reviews!
