PetsnowyReviews of petsnowy.com

I looked at the reviews of lots of litter boxes and I thought for the price the Petsnowy looked the best so I bought one and it arrived within a few days. All I can say is it is brilliant, one of my cats took to it right away and my blind cat took about a week. My life is much easier now, I can track which cat has used the pet snowy via the app and no more poo scooping. If you are thinking about buying one you should get it, it is so worth it.

so cool so beautiful

For the price, this product did not meet my expectations. The litter box is unreliable and frequently malfunctions. Even after the manufacturer replaced the entire control module at no cost, the device still does not operate properly. The control buttons respond inconsistently, the mobile app crashes periodically, and the unit often freezes. Adding litter and using the Reset function also cause repeated issues, requiring a full power restart. The automatic deodorizer is not useful either, as my cat reacts negatively to the scent and avoids the litter box. Overall, I would not purchase this device again.

We love our PetSnowy products. We have the litter box, feeder, and water fountain. They're all so easy to use, reliable, and our kitties love it too. We access them all through the app, which is very helpful! Overall very satisfied.

I bought the PetSnowy litterbox off of Amazon for convenience and had no troubles setting it up and eventually getting my cat used to it. The litterbox itself has a great design to help contain the litter. The app also can be great, although the only issue I've noticed is the weight being off by a pound or so occasionally. However, I noticed the box was missing the mini mesh filter that it advertised, which would work better with the type of litter I use. I reached out to customer service and they had explained what caused the issue and resolved it by sending me one as soon as they were available. I sincerely appreciate the quick and helpful responses. Thank you, PetSnowy!

My petsnowy is absolutely wonderful. Easy to use, clean and odorless. Their after sales service is also amazing, if you have any issues with the product their staff are super efficient and courteous.

I bought this box in January. I couldn’t be happier with this automatic litter box! It came fully pre-assembled, which made setup a breeze. It’s super easy to use and keeps the area completely odor-free—no more lingering smells around the house. One of my favorite features is the smart app. I can track how often my cat uses the box, monitor her weight, and control everything right from my phone. It gives me peace of mind and helps me keep an eye on her health. The customer service is great too. I can always get an answer if I have any questions with the box. Everything works perfectly so far. It’s clean, convenient, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend to any cat owner looking to upgrade their litter box experience!

The Petsnowy is the best litter box I ever purchased. I have two cats that use it. It has the best odor control ever. Thank you Petsnowy..
