I've had the Pet Snowy for about a year now. It's pretty simple to use, and makes my life a lot easier. Earlier this year, I had a problem with the drawer not working. I reached out to customer support, and Joey quickly helped me determine the problem and sent me a new one. It did take a few weeks (they were out of stock at the time), but I didn't have to remind them about it. Very kind and professional.

I absolutely love the thing. The entrance is opened from the side, so cats who get weird about peeing onside the litter box do not make a mess. The app is super easy to work with, and can even been integrated in tbe Tuya ecosphere.

The app is complete garbage. I was gifted one for my birthday, and yet it doesn't work at all. I've been trying to connect and set it up on my 2.4GHz network as instructed, but nothing ever works. The new UI is horrible, and it's impossible to get help on this. $700 for this, and I feel like I just wasted my friend's money. $700 for a robo cat litter and the app was built with ChatGPT.

Petsnowy PS001 ist ein gut ausgedachtes Produkt. Etwas teurer und voluminös. Aber unsere Katze hat es sofort benutzt und gern bekommen. Die Endausttattungsprobleme sind aber ziemlicher Horror. Es liegt an der dilettantischen Software. Vorab: Das deutschsprachige Manual stimmt mit dem Layout und den Funktionen des Gerätes nicht überein. Hier fängt bekanntlich der Ärger an. Manuals, die etwas anderes beschreiben. Beispiel: Die Entlüftungsfunktion kann zwar per App gestartet, aber nicht mehr darüber gestoppt werden, obwohl es einen Button dafür gäbe. Dauernd meldet das System Netzwerkfehler, obwohl keiner vorliegt. Also, wer schon einen eigenen Server da einbinden will, sollte auch die Technik dazu beherrschen. Auch europäische Standards. Weiteres Malheur: Wenn ein neues Gerät gekoppelt wird, fallen alle vorherigen raus und die ganze Initialisierung muss von vorne beginnen. Schliesslich fehlt dem Gerät ein simpler Ein-aus Schalter. Man muss den Stecker rausziehen. Sorry aber da waren einige Dilettanten an Werk

Leider total enttäuschend! Ich habe über 600 € für das Katzenklo investiert und die App macht das Produkt fast unbrauchbar. Die App ist extrem langsam, bricht ständig ab und zeigt immer wieder „Netzwerkfehler“ an, egal ob ich WLAN oder mobiles Internet nutze. So ist es unmöglich, auch unterwegs meine Katzen und das Gerät zu überwachen – was für mich der Hauptgrund für den Kauf war. Statt Komfort gibt es Frust. Ich kann diese Kombination nicht empfehlen, vor allem nicht zu diesem hohen Preis. Das erwartet man einfach nicht bei einem sogenannten Premium-Produkt!.

I was a bit discouraged when I didn’t hear anything back from PetSnowy about a lack of response in a timely manner as their website promises, but as it turns out there was some glitch that prevented my messages going through and when I reached out on Facebook, they promptly responded, emailed me back, and helped me with my request. They were friendly and understanding and my view of their customer support team has made a complete 180. They truly cared about my experience and I would recommend PetSnowy as a great solution and their company for having great customer service.

Delivery was super quick. I had an issue with the item I bought and spoke to Celine in CS who was so welcoming and super helpful. Although I haven’t managed to try the product yet as I’m waiting for the replacement, I just wanted to take the time to say thank you and reassure anyone that their CS is amazing if you’ve got any issues!

Very very poor customer service. I bought their litter box. It is soooo expensive and takes up so much space. I requested to return it in less than 30 days after receiving, unused. Got a return shipping label and was told they had instructed DHL to collect. The collection day came and went and now I have been waiting 5 days for it to be collected. And their customer service team has simply gone silent. No care, no concern, no service. Taken my money. More than that they even charge you for returning so unlike what they say at the point of sale, returns are not free.
