It was my first time dealing with PetSmart and I was happy very happy with their service I talked with a Stacie she was very professional she took the time to answer questions she looked for the things that were needed for my pets she just 100% was very helpful and when we were done was completely satisfied with the outcome, they are definitely getting my business along with other people going to recommend PetSmart , Thank you and you guys gained my and many others business

I would give them negative stars if I could. Three times in a row I've placed online orders for same day delivery. None of the items showed low stock. I tip based on how much I've spent, and there is no way to tip after or alter the tip (plus it's not the poor drivers fault that this company is shady). Three times in a row I've gotten hardly any of what I ordered. One time they literally delivered a few cans of food and not the multiple other cat foods and the multiple litters. I tipped based on an order that was over $100 and ended up with almost nothing. My tip far exceeded the amount my order was worth. They lie and show in stock everything, knowing they are going to cancel most of your items, just so you don't buy it elsewhere. I would have ordered from Target had PetSmart been honest. Completely unethical company. I could forgive once, or maybe if it was a small portion of an order, but three times in a row is intentional. I'll be buying from Chewy and Amazon from now on, or Target if I need something same day. PetSmart will never get another penny from me.

Pet Smart Kanata, Ontario, Canada is a terrible place to go to for pet grooming. Imagine going for your haircut/styling and getting 3/4 of you hair done and being told that they are not able to complete the rest. On top of that being given the bill with 25% off because 3/4 of the job was done, with no consideration of how you maybe looking. That is what happened to our pet dog at this location. The excuse given was that your dog is anxious and threw up on the table. When we objected that our dog is looking ugly with an incomplete grooming they made an excuse that he is biting si they will not complete the grooming. Any other business would have at the least said that they would charge us when we took him back on another day to complete the grooming. But no, the groomers and the manager chose to be rude and demanded we pay for rhe partial grooming done. I wish it one day happens to them when thy go for their own hair styling. When I said I will pay when they complete the job, they told me that they will not give our dog back if we don’t pay. Instead they did me a “favour” by giving me a 50% discount. Totally RIDICULOUS!

PetSmart on I-10 east freeway 5941 east Sam Houston parkway N Houston Tx 7749 Placed an order for a 10 gallon tank because my husband wanted a juvenile bearded dragon get to the store the manager that was in duty was Lucy so we get to talking we tell her that we want the tank for a juvenile bearded dragon so she tells us that you can not adopt a juvenile bearded dragon unless you get a 20 to 40 gallon tanks and you can not put a bearded dragon in a glass tank so where am I suppose to put the dragon in because all pet smart has is glass tanks she said that she started with a 40 and her bearded dragon is 7 years old okay but in pet smart pamphlet it says the ideal tank for a juvenile bearded dragon is a 10 gallon so this means that PetSmart is either misinforming customers on tanks for bearded dragons or for any reptiles and if you can’t put a a bearded dragon in a glass tank then why does pet smart sells glass tanks also why does pet smart sells 10 gallon starter tanks for juveniles bearded dragons make it make sense PetSmart or PetSmart needs to retrain thier employees so they can be on the page because prior to this two other employees told us the ideal tank for juvenile bearded dragon was a 10 gallon and we have done so much research the one that really knows her stuff is Felicia that girl knows her stuff the and on top of that the manager was upset because she didn’t want to get proven wrong so also this means the pamphlet that PetSmart has in thier store is not correct according to the manager Lucy A 10-gallon tank is considered the ideal size for a juvenile bearded dragon, as it provides enough space for them to move around comfortably while they are still growing. I placed an order about 10 minites bedore the store closes and figured I can pick it up since I was close. The store supervisor Vanessa was rude and unprofessional. She told me “you just placed the order 15minutes ago. You need to wait for an email” and proceeded to NOT help me. After she DIDNT look in the back stock and told me they were out, purchased another grinder that WAS in stock and she needed to unlock it from the box. She continued to tell me how wrong I was because they were closing. I asked for the corporate number she shoved the store managers business card in my hand and almost hit me with the door trying to lock it behind me. And the KICKER IS, 5 minutes later, I get a notification that my order was ready for pickup. Vanessa does NOT need to work in customers service if she does not like to service customers!!!!! ABSOLUTELY unacceptable.

I would like to start by saying this is the first review I have ever done, and I came home right away to write it. Today I took my dog to get groomed and couldn’t be happier!!! They not only were faster than a lot of places, but they made my dog feel safe, loved; and did an amazing job. Thank you Paige for making my girl sparkle & smell good. 🐾❤️

Don’t try calling, not possible to get through to anyone after spending numerous phone calls being put on hold and nobody returning back on the phone call I finally gave up. Save your time and don’t bother.
