I had to walk away and leave all of my purchase selections right at the cashier. The Manager and the cashier were too busy to cash me out. And the manager clearly did not care about my business. She said that if I was in a hurry I should have come earlier then. Really rude and not caring about the customers. Unbelievable, I’ve never had worse service at any store.

I’ve never had any issues here. The staff is usually very helpful. I take advantage of the on line coupons and save a lot of $.

DON'T EXPECT MUCH and you might be happy here. Good customer service is impossible to achieve when the employees just don't get it. GROOMING DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST. Have had our dog returned to us with things not done, been turned away multiple times because of employee issues, scheduling issues, once because they had no heat, and now because we were 15 minutes late for our 3 hour appt. I am a Single Dad with limited time and budget. We drove a long way to come to town just to be sent home unsatisfied again and will not do business here again. Tired of all of your B.S. excuses. When you go out of business I will not be surprised.

Moose went to the PetSmart grooming salon on friday for a haircut. About 2hrs in I get a call saying he was at the vet because they cut his elbow. This cut was a grade 3 laceration that required 3 stiches. Needless to say I was angry but it gets worse because when I picked him up from the vet my dog was still wet from head to tail, I don't know why they were even using clippers on his wet fur but because he was then injured his hair layed in wet curls all day and completely matted together. It took me 2 day to get his jacket brushed out again. Then noticed last night that on top of all this he has a razor burn on his neck as well. I will say that petsmart did pay for his vetting so at least there's that but under no circumstances would I ever recommend taking your dog to the petsmart grooming salon.

I just want to voice how ignorant the bully band discrimination policy is on Petsmart's behalf. I think doing this will ultimately put you guys out of business. My hope anyway! You can't determine the nature of the dog by it's breed and to do so is IGNORANT. What I have found is, more than not most people have known and loved pits of all kinds. Thankfully understand the true loving nature of these babies and the Pitbull loving community continues to grow BECAUSE they are truly amazing. SHAME ON YOU PETSMART, SHAME ON YOU! I will no longer purchase or support anything Petsmart, not for our personal pets and not for our rescue organizations. Truly I hope this causes your doors to close and then force you to look at your judgemental accusations on this beautiful breed and realize just how DUMB this is and how this only encourages more harm and false prejudgement. How does this really help?

Went to PetSmart website to look to see if they had my puppy formula it was $10 and sent my boyfriend to the store and it was 25 something I told him know that it was this price and they would not give him the price until he pulled it up on the internet in front of them and they verified it was on their website then they match their own price SMH. And I have since then figured out that was the same with Petco when I bought it the first time. I am fostering these puppies because they were left and taken in by rescue.

So this is my first experience taking my dog to get groomed since I just got my dog. So I booked an appointment for Saturday, @5:00pm I was told the grooming process takes about 3hours and that I would get a call when my dog was ready, they close @9:00pm so I figured I would get a call before closing, not only didn't I get a call but when I saw it was 8:20 and still no phone call, I decided to call instead only to hear that the groomer was still working on my dog and again she would supposed to give me call, Time was 8:48pm still no call, so I decided to show up the groomer was alone with my dog filing her nails and tells me to wait outside so that she wouldn't get anxious. I honestly don't know what would've happened if I decided to sit back and wait for this so call phone call that never happened, I was the only person in the store. There is a HUGE lack of proffesionalism my dog was very nervous and scared as if they've been doing something they weren't supposed to. I believe for the money I spent along with all other customers we deserve a much better treatment. Shame on you!
