More then once they have messed up this time they cut my dog he's got a big sore were he was cut I'm not returning there every again bad service

This is the second time we took our Yorkie to be groomed. I don't think it would be that difficult to see when hair on one side is longer than other side of face. Also hair on legs has longer hair they missed in places.I am going to shop around for better groomer.Both times my husband tried to correct the hit & miss places. That should not be the way it works.The groomer cut some off while I complained about the problems.

We have been customers of pet smart for over 6 months. Each visit there is ALWAYS a problem with our appointment. We have a big breed dog and a small breed. Whenever our big breed has an appt pet smart calls the day of and asks to move the appt up in tome then says if we can’t no problem. Nice we arrive they tell us we called you to come earlier bc of your big breed (which they knew when I scheduled the appt). They then say if we would have come earlier they would have groomed our dog but now they have to cancel. Mind you the appt was scheduled weeks in advance. We think they do not want big breeds - they should just tell us. This has happened to us three times in 6 months. They are not nice either in the grooming office. Our small breed went to his first grooming they were finished in 20/30 min and called ya rather quickly. We did not expect such a quick appt. we arrived 45 min after their call pick up and they yelled at our 16 year old daughter. They have targeted our dogs and mistreat our family. We will never go there ever again.

Valerie in Eastgate in Ohio is awful. She wrote on my puppy’s “pawgress” report how scary and mean my 4 month old puppy was, but she didn’t even really do her job. She didn’t bathe him even though that’s what I paid for, she just spritzed him with something to make him smell good on top. He smelled dirty everywhere but his back. She also was supposed to him the hair on his paws but she shaved a patch of hair off and knicked his skin so she hurt him and he freaked out. Absolutely incompetent and I will never be going back there again.

I am so disgusted with your prices that I can no longer afford to shop there. I have used your simply nourish dog food for years. I know it is your product. You decreased it from 6 lbs to 5 lbs and jacked the price way up. What a way to say FU to your customers. You are money grubbers and do not care about those on a fixed income or whatever who shop there. No wonder I see so many bad reviews for your business. I hope you shut down for screwing your customers so badly! It's called KARMA!

My 'Harley' and I, love Hailey (Groomer) at the Store in Springfield OH 'Harley' goes once a month for her 'Spa Day' We have never had a problem.. 'Harley' looks and smells wonderful.

We took our shi tzu there today for a grooming. Phylicia was her groomer and she did fantastic!!! She looks and smells beautiful!! I highly recommend her!!
