Bowling Green petsmart. Booked a groom for my sheepadoodle. The first thing Amy did was say he's going to need the short blade. I stated he's not here for a cut just a bath. Flopped one if his ears and says this won't brush out. I stated I brush it out all the time. She then responded well you brush him out and bring him back and we'll groom him. Think not drove over 30 miles for this kind of service. I've spent a lot of money with them in the past. No more.

(1st time I’ve tried to use petsmart groomers) I Made the appt online for my toy poodle to be groomed. I took off work to be able to take him today. BUT 2hrs before the appt, a person calls and says if his hair is long, they can’t do it. My poodle is 10yrs old and this has NEVER happened before. Never has a groomer turned him away. Even when I offered to pay extra I was refused service. The employee said it would take to long. Even when I offered to pay double. I will NEVER use petsmart again for anything. They owe me one day of lost wages.

PetSmart used to take care of their animals but has lacked in animal care all over the store, the animals were weak looking and would barely move, they are not being fed enough an do not have their daily care, This store is already on the brink of animal cruelty by profiting off of animals not for their own well being but for more money in their pockets. This store should be shut down, but I know they will go out of business eventually anyway. The Lexington Kentucky store needs employees who care!!

Great Groom With Bobbie Jo, My Puppy Looks So Cute.

PetSmart in Richmond Hill, Ontario is one of the worst places to shop for your pet! They are liers and cheats! I paid for the obedience classes for my puppy. The instructor had the best reviews. After two classes I got a call that he is no longer there and was offered another instructor. I didn't come to the 3rd class as my puppy got sick. When I was ready to restart those classes, one of my friends told me that the new instructor is not professional and she reads instructions from the book. Based on that I requested a refund that I was told I can get if I don't continue with the classes. I called the store, was put on hold for 15 minutes, then someone by the name Elisa answered the call. She was rude, cutting me off, telling me that she is not interested in my story. When it came time for my refund she was only willing to provide me with the difference! I told her that I want a full refund as it was not my fault for them not having a professional trainer. She told me that if I don't agree to her "offer", she will hung up on me as she is not interested to continue this conversation. This is a perfect example why I will never shop at Petsmart anywhere ever again! My puppy is only 5 months old. That is how a business loses a customer which could be a loyal customer for the following 15 yrs. spending thousands of dollars there! It takes years to build a loyal clientele and one stupid employee to ruin it in a few moments!

Please avoid the PetSmart in Lexington Kentucky! Unless of course you’re looking for a date from the animal adoption crew! My family and I went in to look at a kitten for my niece. In order for us to even hold the kitten or look at it, we had to fill out loads of paperwork. Then, we had to show proof of a deed where we rent our home and they called the landlord.... To LOOK AT A KITTEN!!! It took the two mindless staff members 30 minutes to stop gawking and drooling over every young male customer in there just wait on my family and I. We tried to ask questions and they were really vague about answering and one actually answered her phone and started talking to her friend all the while we were standing there like ummmm okay?!?! Needless to say PetSmart and it’s workers are doing nothing to help these poor animals get adopted! You have to do everything but an FBI background check and people just don’t want to deal with rude, intrusive hassles just to look at a kitten! They had so many animals that just need a good, stable and loving home. My family and I just wanted to find a kitten for my niece who just lost her cat a few months ago. There was many people along with us that were getting the same horrible treatment and unfortunately, the animals are the ones that will suffer because people were giving up on service and walking away!! Many of the animals we seen will be euthanized due to the inadequacy of the staff and PetSmart’s need to make you hand them the keys to your home in order to have a pet or let’s not forget single and looking to mingle with their obviously date deprived staff >:(

They are so mean and layers. And I didn't like my dog haircut. I never go again. And over charge.
