I cannot warn people strongly enough: Petslify is a scam in practice if not in name. I paid $327 on March 29, 2025, for two custom plush replicas of our dog for my stepdaughters. After more than five months of excuses and copy-paste apologies, Petslify finally sent one package on August 14. Inside was not two dogs as promised, but a single plush of the wrong breed altogether. Our dog is a tan and white boxer with a nub tail. What arrived was a long-haired gray dog that looked nothing like him. Since then, the company has stalled behind an “investigation” instead of issuing a refund or providing replacements. I still have nothing I paid for, and my children left heartbroken. If you value your money or your memories, do not trust Petslify. They prey on grieving pet owners and then hide behind scripted emails when they fail. It's been over a week since I provided proof of evidence with photos requested by Petslify and they refuse to refund or replace the replicas or even give a timeline for an investigation, despite their website promise that "Yes! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your custom plush, we will provide a full refund. Additionally, we stand by the quality of our products with a lifetime warranty.".

I had Petslify create a Coconut Kitty for my mom. We had to put Coconut down while she was in rehab. Petslify sent me pics of their progress and finally sent her. I gave Coconut to my mom this past Saturday she was so happy that she cried. By the time I left she was and cuddling and “talking to her” the way she would talk to Coconut (mom has dementia). Thank you for a wonder gift for my mom.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is a joke. When I ordered on April 29, 2025 it said 7-9 weeks. I have emailed the company MULTIPLE times and they keep saying it’s in production. Here we are on August 11, 2025. Still no product or tracking number. I emailed to ask for cancelation and refund, we will see if they respond or if I have to take bigger action.

This company is very fraudulent. Never received my order nor any pictures during production as advertised. Communication has stopped and social media has been blocked. I’m formally complaining on BBB and disputing charge with my credit card. Here to warn others. Hope this company receives payback for fraud.

Not even worth one ⭐️. Save your money and sanity. Don’t order from this company. Ordered a custom plush in early April and have not received it to date, 8/3/25. Very difficult to contact anyone, and it’s all just a big scheme. TRUST ME! DO NOT ORDER/PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR CHONGKER!

7 months later and no plush! I ordered it late December with a promise turnaround time of 8 to 9 weeks. In February they sent me an email saying it was almost done. Weeks later I heard nothing and then they claimed that orders were delayed because of the fires in California. This is a tremendous lie for many reasons but the most important are that the offices are based out of New York (some have claimed that they’re actually based in Tel Aviv and their Facebook page is owned by a username in Hebrew but their business address is in the United States) and the plushes themselves are made by a company called Chongker in China. If you’re really tempted by their low prices you can just skip the middleman. I don’t recommend it though because I contacted them as well and they have also given me the runaround. A month ago they produced some photos and they said that they were mailing it. That's how I know they're made by Chongker, their tags were in the photos. I still have no tracking number and they refused to give me any information other than to thank me for my patience. If you’re reading this in your victim be sure to file a charge back with your credit card, or a complaint, and also be sure to file a complaint with the New York attorneys general office fraud department. Also I have to add that I filed a complaint with my bank because I haven’t received the product. Do you know what they said? That I received the product within nine weeks and then I was holding onto it refusing to return it to them while also demanding a refund. They are trying to defraud me while accusing me of fraud. It’s outrageous and deeply offensive. No matter how badly you would like an affordable plush please do not give your money to this company - you will not get it back.

My beautiful Juno passed away in January and I ordered this plush as a memorial for her. The experience was wonderful. Although it was a little slower than expected, the weather and state of the world played a part in the delay. The wait was worth it. She's beautiful and every little detail was replicated. I was very happy with the additional service to correct small errors and she came out looking perfect. I miss her every day, but this is a lovely reminder of how I loved her.

Great! I am leaving for college soon and I am so excited to bring my cat with me! 😉
