Hi Paul, Thank you for reaching out. Once an order is sent out, we rely on the shipping company to do its job. After checking the tracking details in the link below, it appears the package made it to Alabama and an attempted delivery was made on August 25th. Looking at the address provided, it seems that you typed in an incorrect address. I’ve sent you a private email with the shipping address we have on file so you can confirm or/and provide the correct one. From there, we can either expedite a replacement order to the correct address or issue a refund. I do want to mention that a one-star review reflects poorly on PetScy as a brand. In this case, either DHL made a mistake (in which case a one-star review may be more appropriate for them) or the address was incorrect—something we can only resolve once it’s identified. That being said, I hope you’ll consider updating your review if you feel PetScy handled this situation appropriately especially if the address was incorrect. I’ve just sent you the private email so we can get this resolved quickly. Hi Richard, I’m sorry to hear that you no longer wanted the order. We pride ourselves on being a transparent and honest company and would never intentionally send an order after a cancellation. We use a CRM system that tracks all calls and emails from each customer. This helps us manage every request properly and ensures accountability on our end if a cancellation is ever missed. Our Itch & Allergy Plus chews typically show the best results with consistent use over 2–3 weeks. If you’ve been giving them for about that long, it’s possible that it may take a bit longer, especially if allergies are severe. It’s also important to continue the dosage as recommended. We’d suggest continuing with the 2 chews per day for a full 3-week period to give the product a chance to work.
