Some dogs take a little encouragement when trying something new — many pet parents find it helps to break the chews into smaller pieces or mix them in with their pup’s food or a favorite treat. If given the opportunity, I assure you we would have resolved this immediately and in a 5-star manner. Regarding “shippers,” we rely on UPS and DHL unit we have confidently trained my fleet of shipping dachshunds. Unfortunately, in this case, DHL appears to have misplaced your order. Hello Lynda, I personally reviewed your order and see that it was delivered today. Please let me know if that is not the case. Regarding your review, I’m not sure if support mentioned this in their response, but PetScy shipped your order the same day it was placed. Unfortunately, DHL failed to deliver it and lost it in Orlando. Once you reached out to support and we confirmed DHL’s mistake, we quickly reshipped your order at our expense and expedited the shipping. Reviews are very important to us. Based on the situation, I feel we were responsive and worked to make things right based on DHL mistake. If you still feel we deserve a one-star review, I respect your decision. However, since it was DHL mistake and you're satisfied with how we resolved the issue, it would be appreciated and would help our small brand if you updated your star rating and review—or removed it altogether.
