Hi Terry, I’m a bit confused by your feedback, so I wanted to clarify the facts. You placed an order by mistake on August 9th. On August 14th, you contacted PetScy to let us know you wanted to return the item. We responded the same day with the following message: "Hello Terry, Thank you for reaching out. Per policy, you may return unopened products back to us for a refund. Please review our refund policy here: https://petscy.com/policies/refund-policy If you would like to proceed, please confirm how many sealed units you wish to return so we can generate a return label." We emailed over a FREE RETURN LABEL. To recap: you made a mistake, we provided a free return label as the resolution, and your refund was applied today once the order was received back. As the founder, I truly value feedback to help improve our brand. That said, I’m unsure what more we could have done in this situation, as it seems we resolved your request efficiently and fairly.
