Hello Diane, We’re sorry to hear your pup is being a bit picky! We use a concentrated natural bacon flavor because, for most dogs, that strong scent is what gets them excited. However, we know some dogs can be a little more sensitive to new smells. A quick tip that works for many of our "picky" customers: try crumbling the chew over their regular wet or dry food, or even mixing it with a little bit of plain yogurt or peanut butter. Often, once they get that first taste, they realize they love it! If you’ve tried the "crumble" method and he still won’t budge, please check your private messages. Hey Gerri, Awesome to hear that! From time to time, we love sharing success stories with our customers. Would you have any interest in sharing a few photos and a more detailed review? We would use these photos in marketing efforts. We would only include your first name and dogs name. As a thank-you, I’d be happy to include two bottles of our new fish oil topper. $40 Value I honestly thought my own dog might turn her nose up at it, but to my surprise, she loves her food again—and her skin even looks better. I also wanted to mention that your original order was for two units, and you selected the one-unit discounted option. Your next recurring order is currently set to process on February 15th. On our site, you can adjust your delivery frequency to 1, 2, or 3 months when ordering more than one unit. Since you have one dog and three bottles on hand, you may not need another shipment so soon. Would you like me to push back the upcoming two-unit order, or adjust the frequency to every 2 or 3 months instead? Just let me know what works best for you. Happy to look into this, Mike. Regarding the order itself, PetScy (like other online pet brands) allows customers to choose whether they want their order as a one-time purchase or, for a discount, on a recurring basis. PetScy does not make this choice for you; the customer selects it. If you review the product page, you will see that the option is clearly presented. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we always work to resolve them. For cancellations, a customer can do so through the customer portal, by emailing [email protected] , or by visiting Petscy.com where we provide a FAQ link with instructions to cancel. We believe these options are readily available and easy to find, as we would always prefer to cancel an order rather than send a product a customer doesn’t want, which could result in a one-star review and additional shipping costs. Regarding timelines, your recurring order was processed and shipped on Jan 31st, first thing in the morning. Any cancellation received on Jan 31st would not have allowed enough time to stop and refund the order, as it had already been picked up. This is why our Terms & Conditions require customers to manage their orders before the processing date.
