Yes, I agree. It did take too long. DHL appeared to have drop the ball as it sat in their Orlando shipping warehouse for 3 days. I apologize and can promise you that's not the norm. I am also sorry or happy for you that your son is better looking than poop. Chris Founder

My rescued Pitty has had the same symptoms. We recently upgraded our Itch & Allergy Formula to include colostrum and more quercetin, which acts as a natural antihistamine. If you received the previous formula, you’ll automatically receive the upgraded version with your next order, and it’s an even better formula. One thing I also added to my dog’s routine is our new Fish Oil. I honestly didn’t think she would eat her food with the fish oil on it, but she actually loves it more. Fish oil is a very effective ingredient, but it’s difficult to include the optimal amount in a chew alone. I don’t want this to come across as a sales pitch, but I do recommend considering the Fish Oil, as it can make a significant difference. You may even find that they work amazingly well together, or that the Fish Oil alone is enough for maintenance. I used to give my dog four Itch & Allergy+ chews per day. Now I give her two chews plus Fish Oil. I do use a generous amount of fish oil on her food and go through about 2–3 bottles per month, but for me, it’s well worth it. Thanks, Chris Founder

Hey Timothy, My dog actually acts the same way. She will eat the chew with no issues and other times Ill leave on the ground and she will eat 15-20 minutes later. I give my pup table scraps so I think its her way of showing displeasure that it wasn't the meal I was eating. Try breaking up in their food as well. Thanks Chris Founder
