Thank you for the review Brenda. Awesome to hear. My Pity Bella had the same issue. Every dog is different but many customers say that once they see a difference it only continues to get better. Also, sometimes their skin issue's can be caused from the bacteria in their gut. We have a new probiotic chew that could help as well. Eventually we will roll out a bundle for the two. Hey Robert. I apologize for the delay as we have no control over USPS. We will always take care of the customer but our protocol is to replace a order once it’s 20 days missing. Your order is on Day 11. TThe good news however is I just check tracking and it updated today stating that it is “out for delivery” so I expect it to be there today or tomorrow. Please let me know if it’s not delivered by the end of the week by replying to this review and I’ll personally expedite your order plus a discount.
