Thanks for the feedback Margi. I can agree that we are not the cheapest. However, our cost reflect the quality ingredients that other brands choose not to use. Those costly ingredients is the difference between an effective supplement vs a dog treat that claims to help. I was going to suggest a way to save money but it looks like you’re already taking advantage of the 2 pack shipped every two months. Thank you for your business. We appreciate you and your pup. Suzanne, we see that the chews were delivered 7 days ago. Healing takes time. The bottle directions suggest 2-3 weeks use before seeing results. By that time you should see their itching decrease. Where currently you may still see your dog itching but not realize it was less than the day before. We have some customers in our reviews that it took 5 weeks but their dog is complete cured. Finally, sometimes it’s not the chew that’s not working. If one’s dog is exposed to an allergen on a daily basis. The chew won’t overcome that acute exposure. If your feeding your dog a chicken or beef flavored food, that may be the reason if their itching doesn’t get better.
