Cynthia, We have a quality control team that checks every order before being sent out. If the seal was broken and leaked it occurred during shipping which we have no control over. Reviewing the case I see that you already contacted support three days ago. PetScy replaced the bottle with no questions asked. Tracking link below states that it will be delivered tomorrow. Other companies will make the customer file a claim with the post office as the order was fulfilled undamaged. Replacement order will be there 4 days after it was reported. We appreciate all feedback as we can learn from and correct. However, I am unsure on what we need to correct? Therefore, please let me know if I am missing anything as it appears PetScy resolved effectively and quickly? Hey John, When you placed your original order you chose the monthly recurring option. The "refill" was the order that you may have accidently signed up for. The good news is we have a pretty lenient return policy. Reviewing your order, it appears that a refund was processed around 3 hours ago. As for your dog. If the chews didn't help it sounds like your dog may be exposed to an allergen. I would suggest trying a different dog food. My dog has the same symptoms if I were to feed her a Chicken or Beef flavored dog food. I would suggest a Fish Flavor as they're packed with omega oils which is great for their skin. If it's not their dog food it may be a detergent or cleaning substance in your home. I wish the chews solved your issue but 9/10 times we later find that it was due to an acute allergen exposure. Unfortunately, the chew is not strong enough to combat direct exposure. Thank you, Chris

Hey Gordon. Congrats on the puppies. The probiotic chews are successful when the itching is due to an imbalance of the bacteria in their gut. This leads to yeast build up which will cause the itching in that area. If the itching isn’t due to their gut Imbalance our Itch Relief Chews may be more effective as they provide other nutrients that help heal the skin. Please allow 2-3 weeks to start noticing a decrease in itching. Know that it won’t stop all at once. It will be a gradual decrease. If the probiotics don’t help. Let me know through this message and I’ll provide a code to try the itch chews for just the cost of shipping and handling. Another thing to look out for is if your dog is being exposed to something she may be allergic to. Being inside, she is exposed to elements she wasn’t before. Assuming she’s laying on some sort of blanket with the pups? If so, her itching may be due to the detergent used to wash the blanket. Or maybe there’s a chemical or scent that’s in the room causing her symptoms. Dog food is usually the #1 reason but that’s only if you changed her food recently. Point being, is she may be exposed to an allergen. Keep us updated. Thanks, Chris Founder
