Went threw a jar
Went threw a jar. Did not work. This product is like all the rest, lots of promises not much on results. Made this purchase of this product threw amazon. If I could upload the receipt I would send it to you. Too bad Petscy won't let me respond to their responses. What happened to your money back guarantee?? No mention of that from petsy! What about the free product that you list on the top of your lids?? I sent all my info in 4 weeks ago and still have not heard anything nor have I received my free product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND!!!!!

11-21-22 Hey Daniel, As you mentioned previously , you ordered on Amazon.com. They’re an independent platform that handles refunds and returns. Yes, Petscy.com has a money back guarantee as we understand that not every dog will benefit from our chews due to external factors. So if you placed an order directly you can return for a refund. One of the perks from ordering directly. However , If you ordered from Amazon, simply go to Amazon and follow their directions as they provide a money back guarantee. You mentioned in your Amazon review that your dog got worst. If so, your dog is most likely allergic to pork and if so the chew isn’t the issue. Also, if they’re allergic to pork, their dog food (if chicken or beef flavored) is probably the reason for their initial suffering. Why I asked in previous response. As for requesting more info, we do so as we want to cancel any future orders if you’ve ordered on subscription. Please let me know if there are any other issues and I can look into. Thanks Chris Founder Hey Daniel. Sorry to hear that the itch chews didn’t help as they’ve helped thousands of other dogs. The chews are made up with ingredients that are proven to help skin related issues. So if it’s not helping, either your dogs underlining conditions can not to be solved with a supplement or (common reason) possibly your dog is being exposed to an allergen on an acute basis making it tough for the chew to overcome. I wish you the best of luck as we want to heal every dog. Do you feed your dog chicken or beef flavored food? If so, I would try salmon or fish flavors as so many dogs are allergic to those flavors. Brand matters as well. My Pitty has skin issues and we switched up her Salmon flavored food with a different brand and her skin went to hell. Best of luck. Thanks Chris Founder
