Sorry to hear. The ingredients (fish oils/Omega oils/Vitamins are proven and will only benefit a dogs skin unless they’re allergic to pork (flavoring). Unfortunately Petscy relies on the customer to decide if their dog is allergic to our products before ordering. Sometimes they find out after ordering. It’s unfortunate as we get a one star review even though the product would’ve not been suggested if were aware. The good news is that you may know why your dog is suffering in the first place. For example, if your dog is being fed red meat or chicken flavored dog foods, they are probably allergic to those as well and once replaced their issues may solve itself. I would suggest a fish flavor brand as it’s loaded with needed omega oils. Good luck. Chris Founder.

11-22-22 Third attempt to confirm that the order was recieved? 11-21-22 Daniel, following up as tracking shows it’s was delivered? If not I want to get this resolved as you’re important to us. If resolved, I hope you will consider updating your review based on Petscys response to the carrier delaying the order. Hello Kaleigh, I am sorry to about the delay or inconvenience. Petscy sent the order out the day it was ordered and rely on UPS/USPS. So it stinks that you’re unhappy with Petscy but understandable. I will personally resolve for you. Checking tracking, it shows that it was delivered on the address on file. https://www.ups.com/track?loc=null&tracknum=92748909840603583016428299&requester=MB/trackdetails Any chance that mailbox hasn’t been checked? Not home on Saturday and someone maybe stole from the front door? Or family member or neighbor grab on your behalf? Thanks 11.17.22 Hey David. I am responsing in both reviews to be sure. So sure enough the usps decided to send the order to a matching street address in Kissimmee instead of grove land.
