Awesome to hear Rhonda. We like to use real customers in our ads and if interested we’d sendyou a $50 online visa card or $70 worth of free product if you’d like to send us a quick selfie video answering 5 basic questions. If interested let me know and I can email you more details. If not, we still enjoy you as a customer. Thanks Chris Founder

Hello Laura. I apologize for the mix up and if you contact support they will be able to correct 813-786-9158. As for your dogs fur, if they’re allergic to pork I would suggest pausing for a week and see if that helps. Also, the itch chews would be better suited for your dogs coat so you may want to swap out. We are here if you need anything or have questions. Chris Founder

William, this is a service review. Since you already left a review on the product review would you update it and base it on your service? That being said. Would you like me to cancel any future orders since you ordered on the monthly recurring basis? Chris Founder

Hello Charles, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the shipping time. It shows that the order was placed on a Friday afternoon. Since the trucks picked up already, the order would not go out till Monday. Once it was sent out it was delivered within 8 days. We do offer an expedited shipping option if you'd like it faster.
