Product has 11% fat which is too much for my dog she has Pancreatitis. Sent it back you only email the return label not everyone has a printer. I had to email it to a friend to print it. I am waiting for my refund. Please make more products for dogs that have pancreatitis a lot do and the fat content needs to be under 6%. I am still looking for a product to releave her itchyness.

Hello Sherrie, Thank you for your feedback as it allows us to learn and grow. However, I am unsure for the one star? Petscy shows all of the ingredients and nutritional values on our site so you can determine if our products are a good fit before ordering. On top of that, we offer free returns (at our expense) to rectify any issues you may have. Unfortunately a stamp is needed in order to ship the product back. That being said, can you elaborate on where we could’ve done better? One star means that everything was terrible. Where this just seems to be a situation where the product was not the right fit and you took advantage of our “no questions asked” return policy. Your feedback is appreciated. Also, if you ordered any items on a monthly recurring basis. You will want to log into the portal and cancel or reply back and I can handle for you so nothing is sent in the future. The product was great it came faster than I thought it would. I'm so glad I got a thunder shirt for my dog. She loves it its already rained at home she's usually hiding but she sleep on the couch. LOVE IT
