BEWARE ..
BEWARE ... ISSUES THREATS ... Debra. Today we received a dispute claiming that our product is "not as described". That is fine if you feel that way. However, filing a dispute instead of returning the item is not acceptable as PetScy will challenge the case. If it concludes in our favor, we will charge the card on file for any fees associated with filing a dispute. Petscy will forward the order to collections as well. If the customer "re-disputes" the case after it's initial ruling the card companies will charge $300-$500 to investigate. If the case rules in PetScy's favor (again). The customer will be responsible for those fees and a claim will be filed in small claims court in Florida.

Petscy offers a money back guarantee. If the customer is unhappy with the product they can return for a refund. What you did is considered “Friendly Fraud”. You claim to be unhappy with the product but made no attempt to contact PetScy to resolve. Instead you filed a bank dispute while keeping the items. This is a common tactic for people trying to game the system. Therefore, we will challenge the dispute and if the case rules in Petscy favor you will be responsible for any fees associated with filing the dispute. We are a honest company but if we feel that a customer is abusing the system we will use all tools at are disposal to challenge the case. You left out the part where I said you could still return for a refund. That offer still stands.
