I am so impressed with the timely response to a lost shipment. My monthly order was lost in the mail and I contacted customer service and they expedited a replacement order immediately. 5 star customer service & love their products!

Hello Victoria. I went ahead and cancelled any future orders. As for the website, we provide step by step directions on how to cancel. They're located under the FAQ section. We also have our support number on the product, package, and inserts so a customer can easily contact PetScy and cancel. Hello Lynne, Sorry for any inconvenience. I personally reviewed the order and wanted to provide some details about your order. The order was processed 4 days ago on Sunday-NoV6. The order was shipped the following day on Monday. Tracking shows that the order is on route as normal. I’ve attached tracking below. Please let me know if there’s something I am missing as this order is progressing as normal. One thing I can do is push up your next order by a week if you’d like? I understand your frustration.
