Hmm. I am sorry to hear that the chews are not helping. The ingredients are proven in the chews to help but only with underlining conditions that can be resolved through nutrition and supplements. Couple of thougts. -What type of flavor is your dog food? My dog will have similar issues when fed anything besides Fish/Salmon Flavored Dog Food. (we feed her Purina). You may want to switch your food to a fish flavor for the next couple of months and see if that helps. -Have you tried Probiotics? Our itch chews are great for skin related issues. However, skin issues can be gut related and that's where Probiotic Chews may make a difference. I went ahead and cancelled any future orders. However, another order was sent on Thursday. If you want to return, simply "refuse" the order and then email [email protected] so they can look for the tracking to update and issue a refund. Thank you, Chris Founder

Hey Paul. Thank you for the feedback. I want to make sure Petscy is on top of their game so I personally checked on your order. An order shipping notification was sent on Tuesday. If you didn’t receive that email then it’s sitting in your spam folder. I also just resent and added the tracking email link below. Thank you for the feedback. The itch chews take usually a couple of weeks to a month to show real signs of improvement. Glad they’re helping. I’d suggest buying bulk or on subscription for your next order to save some bucks. Chris Founder
