Hey Jym. I’m sorry that the product didn’t help as it’s helped other dogs. As for the money back guarantee, majority of our customers order on subscription. Therefore, they can return any unopened products in case they didn’t cancel on time or whatever the reason. The return policy is located on our website. As for being a 30 chew count, we offer a larger chew. We could cut the chew in half and make it 60 chews but that doesn’t benefit anyone. Once again, I am sorry the chew didn’t help. Chris Founder

Hey Robert, Normally, orders take on average 4-5 biz days? I see that your latest order was on Friday at 3pm. Due to being the second half of the day the order was picked up on Monday. Tracking shows that it will be delivered Monday which is 5 business days but it should be their earlier since its coming from Tampa. Unfortunately, we have no control once the package is picked up. It's frustrating but until we've trained my pup Bella to deliver orders, we are kind of at their mercy. One work around we have is pushing your next order up one week earlier. Worst case, you get it with days to spare. Let me know if I am missing anything. Thank You, Chris Founder

Thank you for the feedback Christine. Since the order was placed at 3pm EST time, it missed the pickup for that day and got pushed till Monday. The order currently seeing the sites in Ohio (according to tracking) and should be there sooner than later. Let me know if you need anything else. Brittany. This makes my day. I rescued my Pitty Bella who was overlooked due to skin issues. I started her on these same ingredients years ago which had the same effect as it did for your Pitty. So effective, that I quit my job and pursued this brand. So to hear how our chews have helped truly makes my day.
