Hello Katherine. We track all emails and phone calls through a software program ensuring that we manage orders correctly once a customer reaches out. The only contact we have on file is your latest email sent yesterday. Lets do this. Locate the email from the prior month you sent to us, just search [email protected] and you'll locate it. Once located, reply back to this review and lll give you directions on how to send it me for my review. If in fact you did contact PetScy through the proper channels to cancel (social media comments and/or messaging is not a proper channel) I will gift you $100 for the error. If you cant locate showing that no prior contact was made, I kindly ask that you update your review. We will always do right by the customer if we made an error. James, You placed the order on Sunday and the order went out first thing Monday (as my employees have Sundays off). Did you check tracking in your email? It shows that its en route. I appreciate all feedback but are you really giving the order enough time before leaving a negative review? I am always trying to better the brand so let me know what we could've done better? We do offer overnight shipping if you wanted to pay the extra $15. If not, the order will get there within 5 biz days. Hello Jimmie, I went ahead and cancelled any future orders. As for your cancellation request, we track all emails and phone calls through a CRM. There are no records of you contacting Petscy as we will always cancel an order once requested. You can refuse the product and contact us a couple of days after. Once tracking is updated we will issue a refund. Or you can provide me your email to PetScy showing your cancellation request and you can keep the product for free. Thank you Chris Founder

Hello Joy, I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with PetScy. When it comes to shipping delays we are between a rock and a hard spot. If the delay is long enough we will always send out a replacement order. However, if tracking shows that it should be delivered any day now, we ask the customer to wait. Not ideal but our best option. As for the product, your dog may be allergic to some of the inactive ingredients. We actually upgraded our Itch relief product and created the Itch Allergy Plus Chews. These new chews have brand new inactive ingredients (binding ingredients) along with a ton more active ingredients (the ingredients that help skin). I believe that your dog may benefit from these and would happily send you out a free bottle if interested as we want to help your pet. Just reply back if you would like a free bottle. I can promise you that your dog wont have the same reaction as the ingredients are different and better for dogs. Chris Founder
