I have some concern about the amount of water my dog has access to while in his kennel. He's been there several times and always drinks half his water dish when we get home. I like getting a report card because I know when they are consistent with my dogs personality which makes me feel like staff did spend time with him during his stay, whether it's day camp or boarding. But I inconsistently get the report card. I did not get it his last stay. Finally my dog got a few days of kennel cough after his stay. This had never happened and I was not upset with the resort. However, I did call to report it do in hopes the kennels could be sterilized (again) but it was met very defensively by the resort staff.

This is our go to pet boarding when we travel from Houston Airport! 1. Reasonable/flexible hours for drop off/pick up. 2. First stay our dog (who is quite anxious) was happy when we picked him up 3. Second stay-when we walked in he was calm and went right on back without crying. 4. The staff are great! 5. Looking forward to future stays!

Simba loves staying at peace paradise in rio rancho. All staff takes so good care of him and he loves playing with all his friends.

We have used another groomer for many years, but nobody compares to Pet Paradise. I would give them a 10+ if I could. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our puppy loved the staff and we had no worries leaving him with them.

Stoli has been going to Pet Paradise since she was 10 months old! All we have to say is doggie daycare and her tail starts wagging! We love the customer service and the care Stoli gets when we cannot be with her!!!! Thanks to the Woodstock team!!! You guys rock

I wouldn’t trust Mack with any other caregiver! They even can deal with life threatening emergencies. And have with my dog. I will forever be grateful and Mack knows that Pet Paradise Palm Beach is his other home. We love all the staff!! ❤️🐶

The Staff are wonderful. You can see how they love their job and all of the Pets. They take excellent care of our dog. Staff are very helpful. My dog and fur grand baby love going to Pet Paradise. Definitely 5 Star.
