I was very nervous about leaving my little 5 pound Shih-Pooh at any doggie day care but I was with the family in Orlando and I knew I had to participate in the family vacation. I called Pet Paradise and they really seemed to understand my worries over the phone but that didn’t stop my nerves. In fact I almost canceled the event but the family forced me to stop worrying and give it a try. When I arrived I was given an extensive tour and felt as comfortable as possible about leaving my baby for the day. Before even starting our day at the park I began viewing the doggie web cam just to see how my TinkerBell was doing. I was amazed to see that she was being socialized with the other dogs very carefully and I could actually see for myself that the staff was keeping a very close eye on my TinkerBell and if she seemed the slightest bit uneasy they immediately picked her up. I really needed to see that they were truly paying close attention to all the dogs playing together just for my peace of mind. I watched the web cam throughout the day and I was amazed how well my little TinkerBell socialized with some pretty big dogs and yet she seemed to just love it. She seemed to start each playtime a bit skeptical hovering by the legs of staff members but as she gained confidence she actually joined in the fun. The most reassuring thing was that at no time did I ever feel the dog to staff ratio was not appropriate. That was important to me because if anything aggressive were to happen I needed to know there was an adequate amount of staff in with the dogs to prevent disaster and protect all dogs, especially my tiny TinkerBell. I have to say it turned out to be a pleasant experience and since we have a time share I know I’ll be using Pet Paradise again.

My boy was happy and excited. That is something that I observed and lead me to see that he was happy. He was clean and alert. Indicating to me that he was comfortable with the staff. That is important to me. Thank you.

Great place!

I've been using this location for a number of years now. Even though it's no longer close to my home, I continue to make the drive across town. The dogs always get lots of attention there. One of my dogs even became ill and needed to see a doctor. They took her to the doctor and surgery was performed for a kidney stone.
