The staff and care provided to our pets is always great.

The groomer did a good job with my dogs. I was disappointed that I never met her. She never came out to meet me when I dropped off my dogs nor did she come out when I picked them up. When I dropped them off, I asked the front desk staff if she was going to come out to ask how I’d like them groomed. I was told she would call me. She called but I never met her. I would have felt more comfortable if I had met her. I left her tip with the front desk staff. She never came out to get it from me. Don’t know if I’ll be going back.

Great clean place to leave your furry friend.

Sage always enjoys her daycare and grooming there. I always feel good and safe to leave her there for boarding also.

Pet paradise knows Gumbo by name and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Love the caring staff and extras available if you’d like. The facility is always clean and fresh and Gumbo LOVES the pool.

The staff at the University Blvd. facility took good care to my cat, Tigger. I was afraid he would be traumatized by the experience of being boarded for a week, but not at all. The staff, who are very pleasant and helpful, apparently gave him plenty of attention, so he did not feel neglected. I strongly recommend Pet Paradise.

We are returning customers and remain completely satisfied with all aspects of boarding and grooming.
