The facilities are great and the staff are all wonderful; bottom line for us is the TLC that our doggie receives and how he looks forward to each Doggie Day Camp session. I would have rated 5 stars instead of 4 if it weren't for the check-in and check-out system, which at times seems to be a bit cumbersome and time consuming, It is my observation this is not the staff's fault but rather the speed and quality of the computer programs in use.

Pet Paradise is always kind to my pup especially when he is shy. They take great care of him and ensure he gets the playtime he needs to tire him out. He always looks forward to playtime at the resort, and their grooming department is also exceptional.

Only issue is crating the dogs at 3PM. I know it gives them a opportunity to calm down before being picked up but it would be better to start at a later time.
