Excellent customer service and care! Our Laboradors are always loved on at Pet Paradise. The staff recognizes them from the moment we walk in to board and goes the extra mile to ensure that their stay is safe and successful.

They take really good care of our dog who suffers from separation anxiety when we board her.

Staff is beyond friendly and greets my pet by her name. She was very excited to see everyone so I know they take care of her. The staff gives me feedback about how she does through the day. She is always tired when she comes home, so I know she is getting playtime. I paid for a bath and nails and now she looks amazing. I will definitely bring her back!
