The staff are amazing!! From what we got to see on our tour they LOVE the animals, they have a clean facility and a good flow through out the entire building. The women at the front desk were very friendly and helped me with my precious pups swiftly & gently. I will for sure be back with Kalua & Styx!

Great first visit for my dogs. Loved being able to watch them on the cameras.

I have 4 dogs. It would have been a little nicer if someone would have helped me get them out of the car and into the bldg. I did get some help when leaving and that was great. Can't evaluate further, since I could not download app into my phone (cheap phone). If I need to use this facility again for dog sitting, , I would. One question, is someone there 24/7? I do not wish to leave mine without anyone there. If someone would be there it would be for my peace of mind. Thx.
