Havn't found anyplace better yet. Still there is slight room for improvement. Boarding prices seem okay but daycare is on the high side.

We left our 3 Dogs all small breeds for 5 days. Gave them a new full bag of their normal food. Got back,they could not find the rest of bag, had been feed I have no idea what. Took 3 days for them to get over the RUNS when they came home. If you went to pet them they would cower. Don't know what went on when they were there, but I do know they will NEVER go back. They might just be animals to them but they are a part of our family. And I won't even start about the so called grooming.

I love everything about Pet Paradise.

So far my dog seemed very happy. I'm new to this place and it seemed clean and everyone was friendly.

It’s always hard leaving my pup when I go on vacation. I’m so happy I found Pet Paradise! He’s so well taken care of. He gets lots of play time and the daily emails help set my mind at ease. I never have to worry when I’m gone because I know his vacation is as fun as mine! I always come home with a happy and tired dog.

Both of our dogs love going there. And recently when I forgot to bring updated shot records , they volunteered to call the vet and have a copy emailed. I could not be happier with the place, or the people.

Our male lab puppy has been afraid of water all his life since found in a puddle during hurricane Harvey, but he put a paw in during pool time since his friends were! Thanks for helping him naturally overcome a fear! The staff are all friendly and caring.

Kind, helpful, loving, and professional. Will be going back.
