The staff and facilities are top notch. We would neither board our dogs anywhere else nor recommend anyplace else.

Satisfied with Pet Paradise but they need a ramp or steps in the parking lot so cars can back up to it to get older dogs with hip problems into the car easier.

The Premier location is wonderful for cats - kennels facing windows, room to take turns playing/wondering around, toys & climbing/scratching posts. & the people who work there are friendly & accommodating.

Scotty stayed just for the day, but seemed like he had a good time and was exhausted for the rest of the day.

Have already recommend them to people I have come across in the movie industry!! They are AWESOME!!!

Our dog does not like to change his routine, but he does very well at Pet Paradise. He is particularly sighted so this is a challenge for him to go somewhere other than home. We feel he is treated very well, and they don't mind if you call everyday to check on your pet. I strongly recommend!!! 🐕

Great service. Only wish they could pick up pets for their Stay. Difficult for the elderly.

I have used your boarding and day care services at leave three times and have always been pleased with the exception of this time. It wasn't that I wasn't pleased ; however, I was upset when I picked up my dog and brought him home. He had multiple flea, tick or mosquito bites on his neck. My suggestion is that all pets be required to have a flea, tick and mosquito collar on and if not Pet Paradise should provide them at the expense of the pet's owner. Or the owner should provide verification that their pet has had a form of flea prevention {i.e., shot, pill or collar). My dog had the prevention pills yet was still bitten.
