We're always very happy with the staff and facility, and our lab loves it!

My dog always love to spend time at Pet Paradiise. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. My dog has been going there since he was a puppy.

Our Jezzi loves going she runs and plays off her puppy energy.. Love how everyone is so friendly and truly enjoys all the dogs.. The daily report cards are my favorite, makes me smile and on the frig it goes..

We boarded our dogs with Pet Paradise in late January, early February to take a family trip to a military graduation. Our dogs are 5 & 10 years old, the older one has bad hips. When we did the try it out day, I neglected to tell them she needed to lie on a bed off the hard floor, so when I picked her up a few hours later, she was very stiff and sore. When we dropped them off for boarding a few days later, I remembered to bring it up. I brought our older dogs bed and talked with the staff in length about her needs. Our older dog is a rescue. In her previous life, she wasn't allowed up on furniture or beds without being "invited" (coaxed). When I explained this to the staff, they said they understood and would make sure she was taken care of. Not only did they place her bed in the kennel where our two dogs were, but they placed her bed upon one of their dog beds that is raised slightly off the floor. They also had a big sign on their kennel that stated if anyone walking by saw our older dog lying on the hard concrete floor, to immediately go into the kennel and coax her onto one of the beds off the hard floor. I don't know if that ever happened or not, but she came home pain free and happy as a lark! We watched the outside play rooms online several times and saw them outside playing with just them and a staff member as we requested. (our younger dog is dog anxious). Our dogs were bathed with a special shampoo we brought (skin allergies), the bed we brought was washed and returned, the dog toys we brought were returned in good shape, the extra dog food we brought was returned in perfect shape. Our dogs were happy, healthy as if we had left them with someone who loved them as much as we do. You cannot find this every where, I promise. Our own kids do not treat our dogs as well as the staff at Pet Paradise did. I am very thankful for them, would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them for your 4-legged fur babies.

We have taken our German Shepard, Max, to trainer Lynn at Pet Paradise, and she did a beautiful job of managing his rowdy puppy behavior, and teaching him some manners! We have left Max for several overnight and weekend stays at Pet Paradise where the staff take and he is always so eager to go back. Thank you Pet Paradise!
