Very nice facility, sometimes it is hard to contact someone at the facility because they are so busy. The 800 number has NO clue what they are doing.

Our family (including our dogs) LOVE PET PARADISE! We've boarded our pets there several times and have been thrilled with the service and professionalism each and every time. We appreciate that all staff members love animals the place is always spotless. Our dogs actually get excited when they see we're taking them to Pet Paradise!

I had taken my 7month pup Jersey here for a free orientation approx March . The staff on the phone taking the appt. was very friendly and pleasant. The friendly staff at the front desk gave me a tour of the facility. I was pleased with the the layout of the facility it was clean and bright. When I picked up Jersey I was given a verbal report and report card, which I appreciated the feedback. This was my 1st time leaving him someplace, so I was very nervous, but the staff put me at ease. I would probably take him there again, but it's not close to my home.

From the moment we walk in with our pets (one cat /one dog) we know they will be well cared for. They know their names when we walk in and Lola our Bassett has no hesitation going with them. She doesn’t even say goodbye. We are so thrilled to have Pet Paradise as a resource to care for our “kids”.

With my dog having seizures, I feel they do a very good job of watching him. The facilities are always clean and neat when we leave him. He also loves the water hose that use. They tell me he has discovered the pool too.
