Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

First time I used Pet Paradise as Pet Paradise. Used them before when it was Pampered Pets on 3 different occasions. I have 3 cats, all different ages (one is a 13-16 y.o. senior). While I feel the boarding fee is reasonable, I don't remember the "extras" being quite so high...too high for me personally as I am a senior on a fixed income. Anyway, because I was moving and didn't want the kittkes going through the trauma, I had given specific needs in detail on the on-line pre-registration, but had to go through the very same exercise when dropping them off, taking about 15 min. of extra time I didn't really have as the movers were waiting for me when I got home. There was confusion at the desk, i.e. which one was going to check them in, etc. While I'm sure I'll use Pet Paradise again, I miss the extra mile that I had always experienced when it was Pampered Pets.

Hands down, the best place to leave your dog while on vacation. They treat your dog like one of their own. I also love that they have webcams where you can check in on them. It was a great feeling to log on and see her running around and having a good time.

Pet Paradise is the best “resort” for our kids. Everyone treats them as they were their own kids. The groomer is outstanding. The management team are top notch and always available. We thank you so much for the love you all show our children.

We like the grooming here. Our dogs love to come here

Great place treated me and my dog like family

My pup loves this place! And they take such good care of him when he’s there. It’s literally like his second home/family. They love all over him and it shows in his behavior when I go pick him up.

The best place for day camp!

My babies onyx the Rottweiler and max the yorkie love it there.
