We left my 2 boxers at the Will Clayton location Memorial Day weekend. On our way home 2 1/2 hours away I get a phone call and wanted to know if I got here email the day before. I told her no, I wasn’t checking my e-mails. Well she called to let me know my baby boxer was eating, was throwing up and diarrhea and wasn’t sure if we wanted to take him to a vet. Not now we’re on our way home and will be back sooner than planned. Duke Lost over 10 lbs in those 3 days. We took him the day we picked him up the the Emergency Vet Clinic, a holiday, right at 1000.00. 3 more times that week to his vet and back to the Emergency Clinic last Friday. He had to be euthanize. I don’t understand why we were not called sooner. Don’t send a e-mail when you see a sick puppy and wait for the next day to call a client. Very disturb with the way this was handled, not a very good experience for our first visit over night stay.

The best kennel I've ever used. Great people. Great accommodations. And, they take good care of my dogs. Watching the staff with the pets, you can see that they genuinely like animals.

This place is amazing!!! They are so nice and helpful. My dogs love staying here.

My two dogs can barely wait for me to sign the forms before they are scratching at the door to get inside the kennel area. So that it's definitely a good feeling and I know they have a good time.

The staff are super friendly and the facility is a great place to have your babies play!

They cared so well for my Cat, I will be using them ANY time I have to go on an extended trip again.

Amazing staff!! I felt so comfortable leaving my cat there. I was super nervous because I’ve never left my cat anywhere like this but they were so reassuring and gave me such thorough updates. My cat seemed happy and looked great when I went to pick him up. I hate leaving my cat in general but when I need to I’m happy I now have this place to turn to!!
