Gracie had a blast! She really enjoyed her time there. The Pawgress report was the cutest thing. I was concerned because this was her first time being boarded and she can be anti-social, but she made fur friends and people friends. We will definitely send her back soon!

Great place for us to take our Maggie. She looks so sweer when she is groomed. Everone is so nice and friendly...Bob and Linda.

Clean facility. Great people. What more could you ask for?

Great staff, patient, loving and personable with our dog. Her first daycare since leaving the shelter. She climbed the outdoor fence on the run, to try to get close to her neighbor. They handled it safely and only let her on the outside run when supervised. Couldn't ask for more than that. Clean, all dogs seemed content, and "regular" dogs arriving were excited to be there, not pulling to get back in car. Will use again if opportunity arises.

Great spot they have here. Plenty of room to roam and meet new friends. And swimming for these hot days. Staff is very friendly and informative and the owner/manager is there on premise to make everything go smoothly. Magnolia Louise aka Maggie will definitely be returning! Thanks so very much

Our pets LOVE going to Pet Paradise Lake Norman. The staff is friendly, the facility is always clean, the boarding rooms have a glass door so the dogs can see out, they get plenty of play time as well as rest time. The groomer did an awesome summer cut on one of our dogs. I would highly recommend Pet Paradise.

I like that they allow my dogs to board even though my Malinois does not play well with others. Most other places won't do that. I do wish they had more play time when boarding and it would be great if I knew when my dogs were going out to play so I could watch them. There's something really fun about watching my buddies play in the pool. Great place though.

I just started boarding one of my dogs and am thrilled the way the staff loves on all the fur babies. I took my other dog there for grooming and my daughter dropped him off and said the exact same thing to me, how they were so sweet to the dogs.
