Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

She came home thirsty very thirsty for the second time I need to reminded then she drinks water maybe more then other dogs.

The staff was not only courteous and very friendly, the are knowledgeable and took the time to meet my Doberman Pinscher before I boarded her. I felt confident they cared about her and her welfare while in their care. I was at ease boarding her there and I will do so again. And she will be going to their doggie daycare in the near future ! Thank you! GE

Have boarded our fur babies in many places and this has been our best experience. Clean quarters, friendly and helpful staff, caring people that are professional and yet provide personal attention to mom and dad as well as the babe!

My dog got injured at the facility and no one had their story straight on what happened. Still unclear as to what happened to my pet. Very unprofessional and rude over the phone as well. Spoke to 5 different employees. The facility manager and assistant manager were kind over the phone. Still have not gotten a follow up to see how my pet is. I work in customer service, if something bad happens and a pet gets injured, you may want to think about calling the owner to follow up. Will not be going back to pet paradise again. It’s unfortunate because the first visit was great

Amazing caring they are very good with small animals and big animals they play with them it’s just a great environment for your dog

Nice place to board your pet. New, clean, and the staff is very pet friendly.
