Great caring people very professional service

We have taken our two border collies to the Lake Norman (Huntersville) Pet Paradise several times. We love that they assess the dogs through a free play day! This is much better than most places which just do a quick test while you wait. The first time we boarded our dogs they were only 7 months old and they did great! How do I know? Well because they did not get sick and they did not take any precautionary meds that I left for loose stools. We boarded them again after they turned a year old and they played well with the other dogs. We watched from the side yard since it had been a while since they were boarded! We work from home so our dogs are with us 24/7. We are very particular about who watches them. The staff at the Lake Norman Pet Paradise are the best from check in to check out! And both dogs have had grooming there as well.

Chanel loved her experience at Pet Paradise. We have already booked her to go back in November. It is nice to have a safe and very professional place to board your dog.

They are awesome. We have used Pet Paradise before and have never had an issue. The camera in the suite could be better but it works and gave me peace while I was on vacay so I could enjoy myself

I think of my dog as my child as I believe many do and I had an OK experience with Pet Paradise. The furever connected was a great purchase and I am so glad I did it. The girls at the desk were also super sweet and lots help. The only slight problem I had was with the assistant manager Shawn I do not believe it’s worth it to go into detail of the two bad experiences we had with him but in short he’s lacking professionalism and seems to struggle with his job a bit. I’m not sure if I will use Pet Paradise again yet but the overall experience was average.

Lily is always well cared for. Our instructions are followed. That means a lot to us. We feel good about leaving her with trusted friends.
