Great place would not leave our dog anywhere but Pet Paradise

Fast response times, ability to chat online. They have had our pup since she was 12 weeks old in day camp.

I love this place!! The place is always clean. Staff is dog friendly and my dog is happier! He is looking forward to go to Pet Paradise every time. I wish I would have known about this place sooner. Thank you for taking care of my dog Duke. I will definitely recommend this place and very convenient. Thanks!

Absolutely one of the worst facilities I've ever boarded my animal app. My dog did not the playtime that I was told he was going to be receiving both of my pets. My dog food constantly went missing they wasted a whole two big Ziploc bags full of dog food and did not reimburse me for it. The pools absolutely disgusting I saw dogs peeing and pooping in it and then dog still playing in it. The staff was okay not very knowledgeable just kind of wanted to get me in and get my money and rush me out did not feel very welcomed and the front lobby smell like pee. It's so sad that the company has a very great idea and nobody there knows how to execute it properly I would never recommend this company to anybody I do not feel that it is safe for my pets or anyone else's.

Awesome Resort! Very clean and the staff very dedicated.

Absolutely love taking my boy to this Pet Paradise location. The staff is always so welcoming and they love him like he is part of their family.

A million stars! I would have given Pet Paradise a million stars but you didn't provide that option.

Great place!
