We took our puppy there for daycare before he spends four nights there. We had looked at a number of places, but Pet Paradise was by far the best. We loved the accommodations and the ratio of people to dogs. It’s very apparent the people who work there really love dogs. We liked the report card Jax got when he left. We’ll definitely take him back for daycare and feel very comfortable leaving him we go on vacation.

My puppy LOVES going here for Day Camp. Its a great place to keep them socialized, give them some play time and know that they are safe.

My dog was in this facility for 8 nights and it took the staff four nights to call me to say she hadn't eaten AT ALL since she'd been there. This is completely unacceptable and abusive. My dog also came home with several bed sores on her joints, indicating she was not exercised properly, and left to lay on a hard surface for extended periods of time. Additionally, my dog is to receive an allergy pill once a day, as we instructed at check in, and upon pick up she was exhibiting allergy symptoms we have not seen in her since before she was on a regular medication. These include extreme redness on the pads of all four paws, regular reversed sneezing, and anal gland expression issues caused by inflammation. Overall my dog lost 5lbs in 8 days due to a company who waited 4 days before becoming concerned that one of the dogs in their care wasn't eating at all. This is after paying nearly $400 for what is supposed to be superb, home-like care. I will never submit my dog to this horrific "care" ever again. Furthermore, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, sharing my experience over social media, and contacting legal professionals to seek repayment of the boarding fees as the care promised for my dog was not anywhere close to what was actually provided.
