As soon as you enter the door at Pet Paradise, you and your dog are enthusiastically welcomed by the desk staff! They are all friendly, warm, and genuinely kind to us! And most importantly, they show a lot of affection to your dog which they know is very important to you. The staff will answer all questions, will give you a tour, explain all features and aspects of what Pet Paradise has to offer, and help you to decide what is best for your pet. Sophie is always very excited to go to Day Camp and most recently spent 5 days there while we were out of town. We felt very comfortable calling often to check on her and how she was doing away from us. The staff were very patient and conscientious about details of her play and eating. We were very relived and satisfied with the attention they seemed to give to Sophie. I am sure we will continue to bring Sophie for Day Camp and will not hesitate to board her again in the future!

Our dog absolutely loves Pet Paradise. When I tell her we are going to day care she is so excited and when she gets home she is wore out.

Dropped off Portia our Yorkie, who's stayed at Pet Paradise several times before. Saw her playing on ODoggy webcam, and was having fun. You can call to check on them 24 hours a day. Picked her up a few days later, she was fine. The Staff at Pet Paradise really cares about your pet,

They know my kitty's personality and enjoy her! They even play "kitty bowling," her favorite game: throw the cat treat, kitty chases and eats! Great folks.

I could not ask for more from Pet Paradise. The love they show for my puppy is genuine and shows that they truly care for him. Every time we walk in the door we are greeted by a familiar face who knows who we are. I will continue to use Pet Paradise so long as I am in Jacksonville!

Our pup can’t wait to get into the building when we arrive at Pet Paradise, and returns clean, happy, and tired. The wonderful staff there know him and can give me reports about his activities during the day. When they saw that he was a little overwhelmed by the active play among the dogs in his weight, size, and age group, they moved him to a more appropriate group where he is comfortable playing with other dogs who play more gently. It makes me feel that I am giving our pup a great gift when I bring him to Pet Paradise. I fully trust them with our dog.
