Stephanie is very welcoming and friendly. Overall staff is great and we know that our dog is taken care off very well every time she visits.

I brought my boxer to pet paradise JFK on many occasions and the staff was always very helpful and made sure that my dog was taken care of. He enjoyed playing with the other dogs and the staff always seemed excited to see him. My boxer recently passed away but if I ever get another dog I will definitely be bringing him to pet paradise JFK.

Great experience for us and our 3 cats. Pet Paradise made sure the cats had everything they needed and kept us informed of how they were doing during their long stay. A great stay.

Excellent! My senior dog was so excited at drop off and very relaxed at pickup. Highly recommend, the staff is great and truly love their guests!

We and when I say "we" I mean me and my 4 legged companion! They are the very best here and I have no doubt when dropping her off they wont treat her the best! Shes not a big fan of the pool but loves the hose so they always give her that one on one with the hose she loves. She comes home and sleeps for a week!

We love pet paradise. He stays at the Phoenix, AZ center and on Happy Valley when we're in town. He is well taken care of and we have peace of mind knowing that he's not alone and being cared for.
