My dog is 11 years old, very friendly and sweet. However , he is not social and use to be at home by himself. As a result, he was not very excited to stay outside. Pet Paradise took care my baby. He did not have any issues. I am very thankful to Pet Paradise stuff for everything what they do and will use their service(s) next time.

The team at the JAX Airport Pet Paradise is absolutely phenomenal. Every employee that I came in contact with during check-in and check-out, KNEW MY BABY, BY NAME. They take the time to actually KNOW your pet's favorite things. They knew my baby was obsessed with fetch and I didn't even have to tell them. I have been so impressed with the facility, staff, and excitement of my baby when we arrive. We have been to other boarding facilities...and they DO NOT compare!! I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone!

The two times I had to leave our dog in their care, she came back happy and well-loved. Daily updates from them showing her playing and looking around left our hearts full and nerves relaxed. Top Notch place.

Truly a great place to board you pet. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They seem to treat your pet as if it was theirs.

Wouldn’t take my dog here to save my life. If you expect someone to take care of your pet it isn’t pet Paradise. Money comes first. Not your pets.
